MV LOGOS HOPE IN WALVIS BAY THIS WEEK
The MV Logos Hope, which has been making its away around the Southern African coastline visiting five ports in South Africa, will be arriving in Walvis Bay, Namibia this week.
Dubbed, ‘ the world’s largest floating book fair,’ it will be the ship’s first visit to the port.
On board is a young Namibian pastor, Benizo Smith, 24, who joined the ship in May 2016. He is one of the ship’s 400 volunteers who represent over 55 nationalities and have left behind families, jobs, and the security of their homes, to follow their passion, travel the world and learn new skills.
MV Logos Hope is operated by GBA Ships e.V., an international, charitable organisation registered in Germany. MV Logos Hope will be open to the public at port of Walvis Bay from 16 to 27 July 2016.
