US COURT ORDERS POACHERS PAY RESTITUTION TO SOUTH AFRICA

Justice has been unexpectedly swift and decisive in dealing with convicted arch-South African Rock Lobster poacher, smuggler and fraudster, Arnold Bengis. A New York court has ruled he and two fellow-convicted pay restitution to  South Africa to the tune of USD54.883.550 – precisely the amount sought by the judiciary in both countries.
